Q. How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-5 business days from the ship date excluding holidays and Sundays.
Standard orders must be placed before 11:59 pm to start processing on the next day. Expedited orders must be placed by 12 noon to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the shipping method selected.
Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
You must contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 48 hours.
Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
We offer EXCHANGES ONLY for new, unused, and perfect condition products of the same item ONLY. ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email at email@example.com, within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products. Since many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If an item is out of stock, there can be no exchange or return under any circumstances.
Q. My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Q. I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?
We are sorry to inform, If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted
Q. What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped USPS/DHL.
Q. What happens when my order is returned to sender?
Once your order is returned to sender, we will contact you via email to the same email address provided at checkout. If you’re requesting for your order to reship, you must purchase a reship fee. If you’d rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.
